Beth Pacut has over 14 years of insurance experience and is passionate about protecting families. She has been married to her husband Joe for 11 years, and together they have a blended family with four children: Kaitlyn, Jake (son-in-law), Alena, and Izak. Beth loves spending time with her family and bird hunting with Timber, the office dog. Joe introduced her to the insurance industry and has been a constant source of support, helping shape the professional she is today.

April is an experienced Agency Manager dedicated to leading strong insurance teams and delivering personalized protection solutions. With 15 years in the industry, April focuses on agency growth, exceptional client service, and helping individuals and businesses feel confident in their coverage. Known for a supportive leadership style and commitment to integrity, April works to ensure every client receives clear guidance and dependable support.

Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her 2 kids ,3 grandkids. She is a huge Dog lover has 3 of her own. Loves Football favorite team is hometown Lions but also the Dallas Cowboys!

Kelsey Jordan sells home and auto insurance by day and wrangles her four boys, dog Bertuzzi Mae, and a flock of chickens by night. She’s head-over-heels for her husband and somehow manages to keep everyone (mostly) in line. At the office, she enjoys all of her coworkers and the relationships they've formed… and most of all, the puffer fish, who clearly runs the place. Insurance, family chaos, and fishy office politics? Kelsey handles it all with a smile.

Ryan Livingston sells home and auto insurance by day and perfects his golf swing by night (results may vary). When he’s not helping clients protect their homes and cars, he’s enjoying a cold beer and debating whether his last shot almost went where he wanted it to. Easygoing, reliable, and always up for a good laugh, Ryan makes insurance simple—and promises he’s better at policies than putting.

Alexis Prinzing has spent the past 13 years helping people navigate insurance with clarity and confidence. When not working, she loves spending time with family, exploring new destinations, and gathering friends and family around the table for game night. Alexis brings the same care and personal touch to every relationship, believing trust and connection make all the difference.

Ron Tennyson is married to Susie and is fueled by a love of insurance, fish, RC cars, and 3D printing projects that keep life interesting. At home, he’s outnumbered by his Jack Russells—Jackson, Daisy, and Wyatt—and supervised by Mason the cat. Known for his humor, creativity, and big personality, Ron brings the same enthusiasm to his work as he does to his hobbies (and keeping the pets in line).

Joyce has 35 years of experience as a home and auto insurance sales agent, and she knows how to keep clients covered while having a good laugh along the way. She loves her dogs, spoiling her grandkids, going shopping, and making every day a little more fun. Proud Mom to Beth!
